Our story
Two engineers from Pune
We met as students at a tier-two engineering college in Pune. It wasn’t the kind of place with famous alumni networks or recruiters lining up outside, so we learned early that the work had to speak for itself.
Around us, we kept seeing the same story play out. Founders with sharp ideas and deep knowledge of their industries, but no technical background, would go looking for someone to build their software. Too often they got burned. Quotes ballooned halfway through, timelines slipped by months, and huge budgets were spent building the wrong thing before anyone had checked whether it was the right thing to build. The people who understood the problem best were the ones most likely to get taken advantage of.
We thought that was broken, and fixable.
Building with founders, not for invoices
So we started out with a simple promise to non-technical founders: we’d make building software straightforward and honest.
That meant sitting down with them to turn a rough idea into a clear problem statement, then shaping that into a product. It meant building in phases, so founders could validate their idea with real users before committing serious money to technology. It meant being upfront about cost and time, even when the honest answer wasn’t the one they hoped to hear.
Over the years, that work took us into operations management platforms across many industries. To build them well, we had to understand how these businesses actually ran: how orders moved, where approvals got stuck, what the people on the floor really needed. Learning processes from the inside shaped how we think. We build with the founder’s success in mind first, and we’ve found that the business follows.
A referral that changed everything
As our reputation grew among local businesses, we got lucky. A referral introduced us to our first Fortune 500 client, Symantec. We didn’t just deliver one project for them; we built two cybersecurity products, powered by our full-stack engineering teams.
That work opened doors. Soon we were partnering with companies across the US, Canada, and the Middle East, bringing the same approach to bigger problems and larger teams.
Where we are today
Eight years on, both of us are based in Dubai, UAE, with our engineering team in Pune. Today we’re working on some of the most interesting AI challenges in the region, as well as in the US and beyond, from automating complex operations to building intelligent products from the ground up.
A lot has changed since those college days. What hasn’t changed is why we do this: to help people with real problems get great software built, without getting burned along the way.
