Industries Facilities Management

Facilities Management.
Proof of service,
on every site.

A facilities contract is a promise with numbers attached: response times, compliance, cost. The work happens across many sites with technicians, subcontractors and client teams sharing the same record. We build the platforms and AI support that keep work moving and the evidence clean, with your teams making the calls that matter.

What we build

Why facilities management is different

The job is proof,
not just the fix.

A facilities contract is a promise with numbers attached: response times, completion rates, statutory deadlines and cost per square metre. The work happens across dozens of sites, with technicians, subcontractors and client teams all touching the same record.

Most of the difficulty is not fixing things, it is proving the service: the evidence that the job was done, on time, to standard, at the cost you quoted. Fragmented CAFM tools, chat photos and spreadsheet reporting make that proof expensive to assemble.

What we build

From the fault report
to the client review.

Start with one contract, one site or one workflow. These are solution examples, not claims about previous deployments. Controls, review points and acceptance evidence are agreed before implementation.

Work order & CAFM platforms

Faults, requests and planned maintenance in one tracked flow, integrated with the CAFM you already run or replacing spreadsheets entirely. Every job carries its photos, readings, parts and sign-off.

Workforce scheduling & dispatch

Technicians scheduled by skill, location, certification and SLA, with shift cover and subcontractor work managed in the same view.

Client portals & SLA reporting

Each client sees their sites, open jobs, response times and compliance status. Reports are generated from the same governed data, not assembled by hand before every review.

Statutory & compliance registers

Fire, water, lifts, electrical and HVAC inspections tracked with certificates, expiry reminders and evidence attached, so nothing lapses quietly.

Tender & mobilization tooling

Pricing models, bid documents and mobilization plans built from your actual cost and productivity data, so new contracts start on real numbers.

Billing & cost recovery

Labour, materials, subcontractor costs and variations reconciled against the contract, with chargeable work captured at the point of service.

AI in the operation

AI around the sites,
never in charge of them.

AI can remove the work that surrounds a contract: triaging faults, drafting schedules, preparing tenders, writing client reports. The line we hold is clear. AI prepares, drafts and routes. Dispatches, certifications, contract changes and client commitments stay with your team.

Fault & alarm triage

Inbound faults and BMS alarms grouped, ranked and routed with the asset history attached. The dispatch is drafted; a supervisor approves it.

Predictive maintenance

Equipment failing early flagged from sensor and work-order history, so planned visits replace emergency call-outs. Interventions stay a human decision.

Scheduling assistance

Rotas, routes and job sequences drafted around skills, travel and SLA clocks. Supervisors adjust and release the plan.

Quote & tender preparation

Bid responses, pricing schedules and method statements assembled from your approved content and past tenders. Your team reviews every number before it goes out.

Client report drafting

Monthly service reviews drafted from live data: response times, completion, compliance and cost, with commentary your account manager edits and owns.

Knowledge & manuals

O&M manuals, method statements and site instructions searchable in plain language, so a technician gets the answer without a phone call.

One work order, end to end

Logged, assigned,
fixed, reported.

The scene below traces one job through the platform: a request is logged with its asset history, a technician is assigned against the SLA clock, the fix happens on site with evidence attached, and the result is measured and reported to the client.

Controls & accountability

Boundaries agreed
before the build.

Your operations, compliance and legal owners confirm the rules that bind your contracts; we translate them into engineering controls and review evidence. This is not a compliance certification.

AI never takes direct control of plant

Setpoints, plant starts and safety systems stay with your engineers and your control logic. AI observes, drafts and suggests. People decide, always.

Certified work stays certified by people

Fire, water, lift and electrical inspections follow certified processes. AI prepares the paperwork and flags the deadlines; a competent person signs the certificate.

Client data stays separated

Each contract's sites, staff records and reports are isolated, so one client's data never appears in another's view or in a shared AI context.

Evidence travels with every job

Photos, readings, signatures and timings are retained against each work order and exportable, so an audit or dispute is answered from records, not memory.

Logs you can audit

Every AI-assisted action is logged with the actor, the source it worked from and the outcome, so your team can verify exactly what the system did.

Deployment choices

Where it runs
is your call.

Some providers are comfortable with a compliant vendor cloud. Others need site, staff and client data to never leave their own boundary. We support both, and we will tell you honestly what each one costs in operations and flexibility.

Compliant cloud

A vetted provider configured under the appropriate data agreements, in your region, with data handling agreed in writing.

Private deployment

The platform runs in a private cloud or data centre you control: your region, your network, your keys.

Fully self-hosted

Open-weight models and the entire stack inside your own infrastructure. Site and client data never crosses your boundary; you own the operation entirely.

How we work

A clear path from
discovery to launch.

  1. 01

    Walk the contract

We start with how your sites actually run: the CAFM, the SLA clocks, the paperwork your supervisors rely on. The gaps become the design brief.

  2. 02

    Agree controls & boundaries

What runs automatically, what waits for a supervisor and where client data may go are written down with your operations and compliance owners before production code exists.

  3. 03

    Build with AI-assisted engineering

Engineers and coding agents build in parallel under the same discipline: access controls, audit logging and data boundaries are part of the build, reviewed at every step.

  4. 04

    Prove it on real sites

We test the critical journeys with live jobs, real technicians and real client reporting, produce the evidence your reviewers need, and support launch with a clear recovery plan.

Before we start.

Can you integrate with our existing CAFM?

Yes. We integrate with systems such as Maximo, Planon, IFS and MRI, or with your in-house tools through supported APIs and exports. Your existing system of record stays the source of truth.

Will AI dispatch jobs by itself?

No. AI groups the faults, assembles the context and drafts the dispatch. A supervisor approves it. Automatic dispatch without judgement is how SLAs quietly fail.

Can one platform serve several client contracts?

Yes, with each contract's sites, staff records and reports kept separate, so one client's data never appears in another's view.

Can clients see live SLA performance?

Yes. Each client portal shows their own response times, open jobs and compliance status, generated from the same governed data as your internal reporting.

Can our data stay inside our own infrastructure?

Yes. We offer a compliant vendor cloud, a private deployment in your region, or fully self-hosted with open-weight models inside your own boundary. We will tell you honestly what each option costs in operations and flexibility.

How do you handle subcontractors?

Subcontractors get scoped access to the jobs assigned to them and submit their evidence through the same flow, so their work is measured and billed on the same records as your own teams.

How do you measure success?

We agree the measures during discovery: response times, first-time fix rates, compliance currency and cost per job. The reporting is built on the same governed data as the product.

Let's talk

Where does service
evidence fall apart?

Tell us about the contracts you run, the systems you depend on and the clients you answer to. We will help you scope a first release that is reliable, well-controlled and provably well-built.
