Industries Telehealth

Telehealth.
Care that reaches people.

Virtual care built for real conditions: unreliable connections, busy clinicians and patients who need a person. We build telehealth platforms and AI support that keep the clinical line where it belongs.

What we build

Why telehealth is different

The consultation happens
in someone's living room.

A telehealth programme does not run in a controlled clinic. It runs on home wifi, on borrowed phones, between shifts and school runs. Calls drop. Patients forget. Clinicians juggle more per hour than a physical clinic ever asked of them.

So reliability, follow-through and clinician load are the real product. The platform has to recover gracefully when the network fails, keep the record complete anyway, and give the clinician back minutes instead of taking them.

What we build

The whole visit,
not just the video call.

Start with one complete visit pathway. These are solution examples, not claims about previous deployments. Safety controls, review points and acceptance evidence are agreed before implementation.

Virtual visit platforms

Video consultations with scheduling, identity checks, structured intake and clinical notes in one flow. Built for real home connections: graceful recovery when a call drops, low-bandwidth modes, and a phone line that is always the fallback.

Virtual-first programmes

Multi-week care pathways that blend scheduled visits, asynchronous check-ins and monitoring data. Progress, escalation to in-person care and discharge criteria are explicit, so the programme is auditable end to end.

Remote monitoring handoffs

RPM and wearable data surfaced to the clinician inside the visit workflow, not in a separate tab. Thresholds and alert ownership are agreed with your clinical team before launch.

Follow-up & adherence

Post-visit instructions, refill reminders and check-in prompts that reach patients where they are, with opt-out that works and a route to a person built into every message.

Clinician-facing tooling

Schedules, waiting rooms, note templates and handover views that cut clicks per consultation. The measure we build against is minutes given back to the clinician, not features shipped.

AI in the programme

AI around the visit,
never instead of it.

AI can remove the work that surrounds a consultation: scheduling, intake, summaries, documentation, follow-up. The line we hold is clear. AI prepares, drafts and routes. The conversation and the judgement stay with your clinicians.

Scheduling & intake assistants

Appointments booked, eligibility checked and intake forms completed before the visit, from your approved rules. The assistant confirms back to the patient, and anything it cannot resolve routes to your staff.

Pre-visit summaries

History, monitoring trends and open questions assembled into a short brief the clinician reads in under a minute. Every claim links to its source, and the clinician confirms or corrects it.

Visit documentation

Consultation notes and patient instructions drafted from the session for clinician review and signature. Nothing reaches the record or the patient without an approving person.

Patient support between visits

Answers to administrative questions from your approved content, with guarded scope. Symptoms and anything clinical route to your team, never to improvised advice.

No-show & engagement recovery

Patterns in missed appointments used to schedule smarter reminders and outreach. Outreach tone and frequency are configuration your team controls.

Programme operations analytics

Attendance, wait times, documentation backlog and outcome signals on governed data, so programme decisions rest on evidence rather than anecdote.

One visit, end to end

Booked, seen, recorded,
followed up.

The scene below traces one visit through the platform: the patient is connected, the session runs with the clinician, the record is written after review, and the follow-up is scheduled before the loop closes.

Safety, consent & privacy

Boundaries agreed
before the build.

Your regulatory and clinical owners confirm the rules that bind your programme; we translate them into engineering controls and review evidence. This is not a compliance certification.

The clinical line, held

AI gathers, sorts and drafts. Clinical judgement stays with clinicians, and no AI output reaches a patient or a record without an approving person. Escalation to a human is one tap, never a dead end.

Consent & recording rules, agreed up front

What is recorded, who sees it and how long it is kept are decided during discovery and enforced by the system. Patients are told plainly, and withdrawal works.

Data minimisation by default

The platform collects what the visit requires and nothing more. Retention and deletion rules are agreed during discovery and enforced automatically.

Logs without excess patient data

Access and AI-assisted actions are logged and exportable, with sensitive content minimised in the logs themselves, so your compliance team can verify without widening exposure.

Deployment choices

Where it runs
is your call.

Some programmes are comfortable with a compliant vendor cloud. Others need patient data to never leave their own boundary. We support both, and we will tell you honestly what each one costs in operations and flexibility.

Compliant cloud

A vetted provider configured under the appropriate data agreements, in your region, with data handling agreed in writing.

Private deployment

The platform runs in a private cloud or data centre you control: your region, your network, your keys.

Fully self-hosted

Open-weight models and the entire stack inside your own infrastructure. Patient data never crosses your boundary; you own the operation entirely.

How we work

A clear path from
discovery to launch.

  1. 01

    Map the care pathway

We start with how care actually flows: who books, who sees, what happens after. Failure points, no-shows and handoffs become the design brief.

  2. 02

    Agree safety, consent & escalation

Recording rules, review points and escalation paths are written down with your clinical and compliance owners before production code exists.

  3. 03

    Build with AI-assisted engineering

Engineers and coding agents build in parallel under the same discipline: access controls, audit logging and data boundaries are part of the build, reviewed at every step.

  4. 04

    Prove it on real connections

We test the critical journeys on poor networks and real devices, produce the evidence your reviewers need, and support launch with a clear recovery plan.

Before we start.

Can the platform work on unreliable home connections?

That is the default condition, not an edge case. Visits degrade gracefully: video steps down before it fails, audio is protected first, and every session has a defined recovery path, including a fallback to phone.

Do you support integrations with our EHR and scheduling systems?

We integrate with HL7, FHIR and API-based systems, and with the calendars and identity providers you already run. Integration scope and access boundaries are mapped during discovery; your system of record stays the source of truth.

How do you keep AI out of clinical decisions?

AI features have explicit boundaries set with your clinical team: what runs automatically, what waits for review and what is human-only. Outputs carry their sources, and the approval step is a person, always.

Can patient data stay inside our own infrastructure?

Yes. We offer a compliant vendor cloud, a private deployment in your region, or fully self-hosted with open-weight models inside your own boundary. We will tell you honestly what each option costs in operations and flexibility.

What about HIPAA, GDPR and local health-data rules?

We scope to the specific rules that apply to your programme and markets. Requirements are agreed during discovery, translated into technical controls, and become part of the acceptance criteria. Compliance certification itself belongs to your organisation.

How do you handle recording and consent?

Recording rules are agreed during discovery: what is captured, who can see it, and how long it is kept. Consent is presented in plain language before collection, and withdrawal actually removes the data.

How long does a first release take?

It depends on scope and integrations. After discovery we give you a scoped estimate for the smallest useful release, typically one complete visit pathway, and a plan for what follows.

Let's talk

What should your
telehealth programme do?

Tell us about the care pathway you want to deliver, the clinicians who will run it and the rules you answer to. We will help you scope a first release that is reliable, safe and provably well-built.
