Industries Digital Health

Digital Health.
Care beyond the building.

Custom telehealth, remote monitoring and patient-facing products for digital health companies and care organisations. Clinically safe, privacy-first, and built so people stay in charge of care.

What we build

Why digital health is different

Your product is part of
someone's care.

A digital health product is not a normal consumer app. Patients trust it with sensitive information and sometimes with decisions that affect their health. Regulators pay attention. And the clinicians who rely on it have no patience for tools that add work.

So clinical safety, consent, privacy and human oversight are design inputs, not a compliance pass at the end. The architecture starts from them, and the features are shaped with the clinicians and patients who will actually use the product.

What we build

Products for care
delivered at a distance.

Start with one patient or clinician journey. These are solution examples, not claims about previous deployments. Safety controls, review points and acceptance evidence are agreed before implementation.

Telehealth platforms

Video consultations, scheduling, intake and follow-up in one flow. Built for reliability on real connections, with identity, consent and recording rules agreed before launch.

Remote patient monitoring

Device and wearable data turned into readable, prioritised views for care teams. Alert thresholds are set with clinicians, and every alert has a named owner and an escalation path.

Patient-facing apps

Symptom check-in, medication adherence, care plans and secure messaging. Clear language, accessibility by default, and a fast route to a human when the app is not enough.

Digital therapeutics & programmes

Structured multi-week programmes with progress tracking and clinician oversight. Content changes go through review; the system never improvises clinical guidance.

AI in the product

AI that helps without
practising medicine.

AI can remove real friction in digital health: intake, triage of monitoring data, documentation, patient support. The line we hold is clear. AI gathers, sorts and drafts. Clinical judgement stays with clinicians, and patients always have a route to a person.

Intake & triage assistants

Structured symptom and history gathering before the consultation, so clinician time goes to decisions. Clear escalation, no diagnostic claims, and the clinician sees the source answers.

Monitoring signal triage

RPM data sorted by priority so care teams see what needs attention first. Thresholds are clinical decisions; the system ranks and routes, people act.

Patient support agents

Answers to administrative and programme questions from your approved content, with guarded scope and a fast handoff to your staff for anything clinical.

Documentation & follow-up drafts

Consultation summaries, care-plan updates and follow-up messages drafted for clinician review. Nothing reaches the patient or the record without a person approving it.

Adherence & engagement nudges

Personalised reminders and check-ins within boundaries your clinical team sets. Frequency, tone and stop conditions are configuration, not model improvisation.

Programme analytics

Cohort progress, drop-off and outcome signals on governed data, so programme decisions rest on evidence rather than anecdote.

Clinical safety & regulation

Safety case first.
Evidence before launch.

Whether or not your product is formally a medical device, it sits close to care. Your regulatory and clinical owners confirm the classification and applicable rules; we translate them into engineering controls and review evidence. This is not a compliance certification.

Clinical safety as a design input

Hazard identification, risk controls and clinical review points are mapped during discovery. If your product sits in regulated territory, the safety case shapes the architecture from day one.

Regulatory scope, honestly stated

Depending on what your product does, it may fall under medical device rules such as SaMD frameworks, MDR or FDA pathways. We design to the classification you confirm with your regulatory advisers and say plainly what the software does and does not claim.

Human review at clinical points

AI drafts and sorts; clinicians decide. Anything sent to a patient, written to a record or affecting care passes through a person.

Stop and escalate

When the system is uncertain, the data looks wrong or a patient reports something serious, it stops and routes to a human. It never guesses through a clinical situation.

Privacy & data

Patient data,
treated as borrowed.

Health data is among the most sensitive information that exists. The product collects the minimum, explains itself plainly, and proves its handling with logs your compliance team can verify. Client data is not used to train general-purpose AI without express written agreement.

Consent that is real

What data is collected, why, and who sees it — explained in plain language before collection, with withdrawal that actually works.

Data minimisation by default

The product collects what the clinical purpose requires and nothing more. Retention and deletion rules are agreed during discovery and enforced in the system.

Encryption & least privilege

Protected in transit and at rest, with role-based access mapped to real staff roles. Patients, clinicians, support staff and auditors each see what their role requires.

Audit trails without excess PHI

Access and AI-assisted actions are logged and exportable, with sensitive content minimised in the logs themselves.

Deployment choices

Self-hosted, if you
need it to be.

Some teams are comfortable with a compliant vendor cloud. Others need patient data to never leave their own boundary. We support both, and we will tell you honestly what each one costs in operations and flexibility.

Compliant cloud

A vetted provider configured under the appropriate data agreements, in your region, with data handling agreed in writing.

Private deployment

The product runs in a private cloud or data centre you control: your region, your network, your keys.

Fully self-hosted

Open-weight models and the entire stack inside your own infrastructure. Patient data never crosses your boundary; you own the operation entirely.

How we work

A clear path from
discovery to launch.

  1. 01

Scope the clinical & regulatory posture

We start with what the product does clinically, who it serves and which rules bind. Regulatory classification, safety hazards and data flows become design inputs, not afterthoughts.

  2. 02

    Design with clinicians & patients

The people who will use the product shape it. We prototype early, test with real users and agree the human-review points before production code exists.

  3. 03

    Build with AI-assisted engineering

Engineers and coding agents build in parallel under the same discipline: access controls, audit logging and data boundaries are part of the build, reviewed at every step.

  4. 04

    Validate, evidence & support

We test the critical journeys end to end, produce the safety and security evidence your reviewers need, and support launch with a clear recovery plan.

Before we start.

Is our product a medical device?

That depends on its intended purpose and claims, and the determination belongs to your regulatory advisers. What we do is design the software so the classification you confirm is achievable: traceability, risk controls, change management and the documentation a submission needs.

Can the AI run without sending patient data to external providers?

Yes. We offer a vetted vendor cloud configured under the appropriate agreements, a private deployment in your region, or fully self-hosted with open-weight models inside your own infrastructure. The self-hosted option keeps patient data entirely within your boundary.

How do you handle clinical safety?

Hazards and risk controls are identified during discovery and tracked through the build. AI features get explicit boundaries: what runs automatically, what waits for review and what is human-only. The safety evidence is a deliverable alongside the software.

Can you integrate with EHRs and devices?

We integrate with HL7, FHIR and API-based systems, and with device and wearable data feeds. Integration scope and access boundaries are mapped during discovery; your clinical system of record stays the source of truth.

What about HIPAA, GDPR and local health-data rules?

We scope to the specific rules that apply to your product and markets. Requirements are agreed during discovery, translated into technical controls, and become part of the acceptance criteria. Compliance certification itself belongs to your organisation.

How long does a first release take?

It depends on scope and integrations. After discovery we give you a scoped estimate for the smallest useful release, typically one focused patient or clinician journey, and a plan for what follows.

What do we receive at handover?

The working product, its documentation and deployment guidance, the safety and security evidence, and a walkthrough for your team. Ownership of code, data and infrastructure is explicitly agreed in the engagement.

Let's talk

What should we build
for your patients?

Tell us about the product you are planning, the patients it serves and the rules you answer to. We will help you scope a first release that is useful, safe and provably well-built.
