Your team is strong at detection, response and research. The consoles, portals, pipelines and integrations around that work still need building. We take that engineering on, so you never hire for non-core skills again.
Your core skill is security. Engineering it is not.
Detection rules, incident response and research are where your value lives. The screens, services and integrations around them are real engineering work, but hiring for those skills pulls budget and attention away from your core.
We work as your development team for the non-core skills: frontend, backend, integrations and data pipelines. Your engineers keep the methodology and the decisions. We ship the surrounding product.
What we build
Four places to start. One useful outcome.
For security product vendors, MSSPs, incident response teams and security consultancies. These are solution examples, not claims about past deployments; scope and acceptance measures are agreed with your team.
Consoles, dashboards & client portals
We build the interfaces your customers and analysts actually use: alert consoles, incident timelines, device and fleet views, MSSP client portals and report screens. Your detection and response logic stays yours; we make it visible, fast and trustworthy on screen.
What to verify: Check page behaviour under real alert volume, response times and role-based access before customers see it.
Backend services & data pipelines
Event ingestion, normalisation, storage, retention and the APIs behind your product. We take on the engineering that supports your security work without touching your detection rules, models or methodology.
What to verify: Verify ingestion under burst load, retention rules and failover paths, not only a happy-path demo.
Integrations & connectors
Connectors into SIEMs, EDR and XDR tools, identity providers, cloud platforms, ticketing and communication tools. Authenticated, rate-limited and idempotent, so a slow vendor API never stalls your product.
What to verify: Confirm each connector against auth expiry, pagination, partial failures and replay behaviour.
Delivery capacity without core-risk hiring
Security companies lose time hiring frontend and backend engineers for non-core work. We supply those skills as a forward-deployed team inside your process, so headcount and focus stay on detection, response and research.
What to verify: Measure time to shipped user stories and the number of non-core requisitions you no longer need to fill.
AI in your product
Less burden per analyst. The analyst still decides.
Security workflows carry volume that people cannot read alone. Use AI to prepare, rank and summarise evidence; keep the decision and any consequential action with your team.
Alert triage assistance
Summarise and correlate related signals so an analyst reviews one picture instead of ten pages. The analyst decides; the system prepares and ranks the evidence.
Investigation copilots
Draft timeline narratives, queries and hypotheses during an investigation. Every suggestion stays editable and its source data stays visible.
Customer report drafting
Turn incident and compliance data into readable client reports with your approval before anything is sent. Numbers come from your records, not from a model's imagination.
Threat-intel summarisation
Condense advisories, feeds and vendor bulletins into short briefings for your team. Keep raw sources linked so nothing is relied on without review.
SOC workflow automation
Automate repetitive steps such as ticket enrichment, evidence collection and status updates through typed tools with permissions and audit records. Sensitive or consequential actions keep a human approval step.
One signal, end to end
Ingested, enriched, decided, recorded.
A signal enters your platform, is correlated into one picture, is reviewed by an analyst who decides, and the outcome is recorded with its evidence. The model helps prepare the case; it does not approve the action.

Platform foundations
The parts a demo does not prove.
Evidence handling, server-side permissions and vendor reliability decide whether your platform stays trustworthy at scale. We make those decisions explicit rather than hiding them behind a polished first screen.
Evidence, not assertions
Alerts, findings and reports carry their sources. Corrections stay attached, so customers and auditors can trace every claim back to the original signal.
Permissions where the action runs
Console access, API scopes and tenant boundaries are enforced server-side. A browser role label is never trusted on its own.
Vendor reliability is designed for
Third-party APIs expire, throttle and change. Bounded retries, idempotent writes and visible degradation keep your product honest during an outage.
Cost per completed workflow
Measure compute, storage and model spend against a finished triage or report, with agreed budgets and limits before broad rollout.
Security & trust
We build for a security audience. Act like it.
Your customers trust your product with their safety. We hold the code we write for you to the same standard, with narrow access, clean logs and reviewable evidence.
Your secrets stay yours
Credentials, keys and detection rules never leave your systems. We work inside access you grant, and grant narrowly.
No sensitive payloads in logs
Prompts, logs and traces exclude credentials, customer payloads and case details unless you explicitly allow it. Retention and access are agreed in writing.
A security product deserves security review
We run code review, dependency checks and test coverage on the code we write for you, and hand over the evidence.
Controlled change & recovery
Staged rollouts, compatible migrations, rollback plans and a named operational owner for anything running in production.
No borrowed compliance claims
We implement agreed controls and provide reviewable evidence. Certifications and regulatory statements remain yours to make with your own assessors.
Deployment choices
Build where your data already lives.
We default to your existing cloud and environments. Where customer or data restrictions rule out shared options, we compare private deployment against real requirements and operating cost.
Your cloud account
We build and run inside your existing cloud environment, with your network rules, identities and billing. Nothing new to trust.
Customer-controlled environments
For MSSP or enterprise deployments, we deliver into customer-approved environments with documented network access, keys and support boundaries.
Private model options
Where data restrictions rule out external providers, we evaluate open-weight models for suitable tasks and benchmark quality, latency and hosting cost before committing.
How we work
Inside your team. Accountable for what ships.
A forward-deployed engineer joins your team remotely, works on the agreed problem and is backed by our wider engineering team. We keep product decisions, trade-offs and operational ownership visible throughout delivery.
01
Review the work in progress
Walk through your product or service delivery, the interfaces analysts and customers use, and where engineering time currently goes. Agree one outcome for a first sprint.
02
Define the boundaries
Set access, data handling, approvals, budgets and acceptance checks. Baseline the workflows we will touch before changing them.
03
Build a complete slice
Deliver interface, backend, integrations, tests and operating paths together. Your team reviews working increments and the trade-offs behind them.
04
Verify, release & hand over
Check access control, failure paths and performance under load. Release with rollback, documentation and a named owner; your team keeps the knowledge.
Before we start.
We are a security company. Why use you for development?
Because your differentiation is detection, response and research, not interface engineering. We take the frontend and backend work that would otherwise pull your engineers away from it, or force you to hire for skills that are not your core.
Will you touch our detection logic?
No, unless you ask us to. We build and integrate around your detection and response work. Your methodology stays with your team.
Do you replace our engineering team?
No. We plug in as a delivery team for the non-core build work, working inside your process and your tools, and hand everything over with documentation.
Can you build for our MSSP customers?
Yes. Client portals, per-customer views, SLA and compliance reporting are a common request. Each tenant's data and access boundaries are enforced server-side and verified with separate accounts.
How do you handle our data during the work?
Narrowly scoped access, no secrets outside your systems, and no customer payloads in prompts, logs or traces unless you approve it in writing. Agreements cover retention and deletion.
Can you add AI to our product?
Where it earns its place: triage summaries, investigation assistance and report drafting are typical. AI prepares and ranks evidence; your analysts make the decisions, and consequential actions keep human approval.
Does this make our product compliant?
No automatic certification or compliance is implied. We implement agreed controls and provide evidence. Applicable security and privacy obligations need your qualified advisers and any separately scoped assessment.
How long does a first release take?
We estimate after reviewing your product and integrations. A paid two-week first sprint targets one agreed goal; it is not a promise to complete an entire platform.
Who owns the code?
You do, from day one, subject to third-party licences. We hand over code, access and documentation, and can continue operating what we built if you want that.
Let's talk
Which build work is pulling your engineers off the core?
Tell us what your product or service needs next, the skills you are struggling to hire for and the constraints you work within. We will help define a useful first step and the evidence needed to release it.
