Industries Logistics & Supply Chain

Logistics.
Freight that keeps its promises.

Goods move across carriers, borders and systems that were never designed to talk to each other. We build shipment platforms and AI support that keep freight moving, surface exceptions early and leave the decisions with your people.

What we build

Why logistics is different

The work happens
between your systems.

A shipment crosses your company, three carriers, a customs broker and somebody's loading dock. Each of them has a system, and none of them were designed to share. The result is that your team spends the day finding out what already happened somewhere else.

So visibility, early exceptions and clean handoffs are the real product. The platform has to know a shipment is stuck before the customer calls, put the evidence in one place, and make the next step obvious.

What we build

From the purchase order
to the proof of delivery.

Start with one lane or one warehouse flow. These are solution examples, not claims about previous deployments. Controls, review points and acceptance evidence are agreed before implementation.

Shipment visibility platforms

One view of every shipment across carriers, milestones, documents and exceptions. Delays surface early with the context a person needs to act, not a wall of raw tracking events.

Warehouse operations tooling

Inbound, putaway, picking, packing, dispatch and returns as one connected flow. Built around the way your floor actually works, so the shortcuts people already use become the system instead of fighting it.

Carrier & freight systems

Quoting, booking, tendering and rate management with the evidence attached: what was quoted, by whom, against which rate card and when. Disputes become a lookup instead of an email chain.

Customs & trade documentation

Classifications, declarations and clearance packs assembled before goods wait at a border. Every field links to its source document, and a reviewer approves before anything is filed.

Customer & consignee experience

Delivery windows, notifications, proof of delivery and self-service that answer the question people actually call about: where is my shipment, and when will it arrive.

Supply-chain analytics

On-time-in-full, dwell, detention, cost per lane and carrier performance on governed data, so network decisions rest on evidence rather than anecdote.

AI in the operation

AI around the shipment,
never in charge of it.

AI can remove the work that surrounds a shipment: chasing carriers, reading documents, assembling quotes, predicting delays. The line we hold is clear. AI prepares, drafts and routes. Release, rerouting and money stay with your team.

Exception triage

Stuck shipments are detected early and assembled into one case: what happened, what it blocks, and the options. The action is drafted. A person in your team approves it.

Arrival estimates

ETAs built from carrier history and live signals, so customers get an honest window instead of a best-case promise. Wide uncertainty is stated plainly, not hidden.

Document extraction

Customs forms, bills of lading, invoices and proofs of delivery read into structured data. Every extracted field carries its source, and a reviewer confirms before it enters your system of record.

Quote assistants

Freight quotes assembled from your rate cards and rules, ready for your team to check and send. Nothing goes to a customer without a person approving it.

Carrier communication

Status chasing, slot bookings and document requests drafted and sent under your rules, with every message logged. Anything unusual routes to your team.

Network signals

Patterns across lanes, carriers and seasons that show where cost and delay actually come from, so you fix the constraint and not the symptom.

One shipment, end to end

Booked, picked, cleared,
delivered.

The scene below traces one shipment through the platform: it is booked, picked and packed, moves down the lane, clears customs with a documented check, and reaches the consignee with the proof attached.

Controls & accountability

Boundaries agreed
before the build.

Your operations, compliance and legal owners confirm the rules that bind your network; we translate them into engineering controls and review evidence. This is not a compliance certification.

Goods and money are never released by AI

Release, rerouting, claims and payments stay with people. AI gathers the evidence, drafts the action and checks the rules. The decision is yours, always.

Evidence travels with the shipment

Documents, timestamps, messages and approvals are retained against each shipment and exportable, so an audit or dispute is answered from records, not memory.

Your system of record stays the source of truth

We integrate with your TMS, WMS and ERP and write back to them. There is no shadow copy of your operations that drifts out of date.

Logs you can audit

Every AI-assisted action is logged with the actor, the source it worked from and the outcome, so your compliance team can verify exactly what the system did.

Deployment choices

Where it runs
is your call.

Some networks are comfortable with a compliant vendor cloud. Others need shipment and trade data to never leave their own boundary. We support both, and we will tell you honestly what each one costs in operations and flexibility.

Compliant cloud

A vetted provider configured under the appropriate data agreements, in your region, with data handling agreed in writing.

Private deployment

The platform runs in a private cloud or data centre you control: your region, your network, your keys.

Fully self-hosted

Open-weight models and the entire stack inside your own infrastructure. Shipment data never crosses your boundary; you own the operation entirely.

How we work

A clear path from
discovery to launch.

  1. 01

    Map the flow of goods

We start with how freight actually moves: who books, who carries, where it waits and what breaks. Exceptions and handoffs become the design brief.

  2. 02

    Agree controls & boundaries

What runs automatically, what waits for a person and where data may go are written down with your operations and compliance owners before production code exists.

  3. 03

    Build with AI-assisted engineering

Engineers and coding agents build in parallel under the same discipline: access controls, audit logging and data boundaries are part of the build, reviewed at every step.

  4. 04

    Prove it on real lanes

We test the critical journeys with live carriers, real documents and real volumes, produce the evidence your reviewers need, and support launch with a clear recovery plan.

Before we start.

Can you work with our TMS, WMS or ERP?

Yes. We integrate through APIs, EDI or file exchange with the systems you already run, and your system of record stays the source of truth. Integration scope and access boundaries are mapped during discovery.

Can the AI rebook or reroute shipments by itself?

No. AI detects the exception, assembles the context and drafts the action. A person in your operations team approves it. Automation without judgement is how freight goes wrong quietly.

How do you handle carrier data and APIs?

Carrier connections use the APIs and portals each carrier provides, with credentials held securely and every call logged. Where a carrier has no API, we work with the data your team already receives.

Can our data stay inside our own infrastructure?

Yes. We offer a compliant vendor cloud, a private deployment in your region, or fully self-hosted with open-weight models inside your own boundary. We will tell you honestly what each option costs in operations and flexibility.

What about customs rules in each market?

We scope to the specific lanes, regimes and authorities you trade under, and translate the requirements into checks your reviewers run before filing. Customs certification itself belongs to your organisation and your brokers.

How do you measure success?

We agree the measures during discovery: on-time-in-full, dwell and detention, document cycle time, calls deflected from your service desk, and cost per lane. The dashboard is built on the same governed data as the product.

How long does a first release take?

It depends on scope and integrations. After discovery we give you a scoped estimate for the smallest useful release, typically one lane or one warehouse flow, and a plan for what follows.

Let's talk

Where does your
network lose time?

Tell us about the lanes you run, the carriers you depend on and the rules you answer to. We will help you scope a first release that is reliable, well-controlled and provably well-built.
