EdTech.
Built around learning.
Student portals, AI tutors and education products that respect learner data, support educators and fit the local rules from the first release.
Why education is different
Technology should serve
the learning relationship.
Education software sits between learners, families, educators and institutions. It has to be usable in a busy classroom, careful with long-lived data and honest about where automation helps.
One learner, many contexts
A school-age learner, a university student and an employee in professional training need different experiences, safeguards and measures of progress. The product has to understand the context before it personalises anything.
Learning data follows a person
Attendance, assessments, support needs and behaviour can shape opportunities long after a lesson ends. Collection must be purposeful, proportionate and understandable to students, families and educators.
Outcomes matter more than engagement
Time on screen and lesson completion are easy to count. Real value comes from stronger understanding, timely educator intervention and less administrative work without weakening academic integrity.
Custom education products
One connected experience.
Every learner in view.
We build focused products around your educational model, users and existing systems, without forcing every institution into the same workflow.
Student & parent portals
One accessible place for learning plans, schedules, assignments, feedback, attendance and approved communications. Age-appropriate views and permissions keep each user within the right boundary.
Learning management products
Course authoring, enrolment, delivery, assessment and progress tracking shaped around your pedagogy rather than a generic workflow. Support cohorts, blended learning and multiple institutions where needed.
Admissions & enrolment journeys
Applications, document collection, eligibility checks, interviews, offers and onboarding connected in one visible process, with named reviewers for consequential decisions.
Educator workspaces
Planning, marking queues, intervention signals, communications and learner context brought together without replacing professional judgement.
Skills & credential platforms
Competency maps, evidence portfolios, practical assessments and verifiable credentials with clear issuer, version and expiry information.
Education operations
Scheduling, room and resource allocation, staff workflows, reporting and support cases. Automate the coordination around learning so teams can focus on learners.
AI solutions
Personal help at scale.
Educators still decide.
Agents prepare, explain, organise and surface patterns. They work from approved knowledge, reveal uncertainty and hand consequential decisions to the right person.
AI tutors within the curriculum
Guided explanations, questions and practice grounded in your approved materials. The tutor adapts pace and examples while staying inside the level, subject and learning objectives you set.
Educator copilots
Draft lesson structures, differentiated activities, rubrics and feedback for educator review. Sources and assumptions remain visible so teachers can challenge or rewrite the output.
Practice & formative assessment
Generate practice, evaluate structured responses and identify likely misconceptions. High-stakes grading and progression decisions remain governed human processes.
Student support assistants
Help with timetables, policies, platform navigation and routine questions across approved channels, with clear identity, scope and escalation to staff.
Admissions document assistance
Extract and organise submitted information, identify missing evidence and prepare a review queue. The system does not make the final admission decision.
Learning & operations analytics
Surface patterns in participation, support demand and course delivery. Educators investigate context before any intervention, and sensitive characteristics are handled only where lawful and necessary.
AI tutors
Adaptive for the learner.
Visible to the educator.
A useful tutor does more than answer questions. It follows the curriculum, adapts the route, protects the assessment boundary and knows when a person should take over.
Grounded in approved knowledge
Responses draw from the curriculum, lesson materials and policies you control. If the answer is not supported, the tutor says so or routes the question to an educator.
Age and level appropriate
Vocabulary, examples, available tools and conversation boundaries change by learner group. Safeguards are tested with representative scenarios before release.
Learning, not answer vending
The tutor can ask guiding questions, reveal hints progressively and encourage the learner to show their work. Educators decide how assistance changes for homework, practice and assessment.
Educator visibility and escalation
Teachers can inspect relevant interactions, review flagged misconceptions and take over when a learner needs human support. Access follows policy and is not open-ended surveillance.
Education data
Collect with purpose.
Use with permission.
Every learner record should have a reason, an owner and a lifecycle. Access passes through consent, purpose and role checks before the data reaches a person or an AI system.
Purpose before collection
Document why each field is needed, how it will be used and how long it will be kept. Optional analytics and product-improvement data are separated from what is essential to deliver education.
Consent and age assurance
Build appropriate parent or guardian consent, student notices and age checks for the service and jurisdiction. Consent can be recorded, changed and withdrawn where the applicable rules require it.
Role and institution boundaries
Students, guardians, educators, counsellors, administrators and external partners receive distinct permissions. Multi-school products isolate each institution and make delegated access explicit.
Retention, export and deletion
Apply agreed lifecycle rules to submissions, recordings, messages and analytics. Support access, correction, portability or deletion requests according to the obligations that apply.
Compliance & local regulations
Designed for where
your learners are.
Education and privacy rules vary by learner age, institution and location. We turn the requirements that apply to you into controls and evidence instead of claiming one universal compliance label.
Local rules are scoped first
Requirements depend on the learner's age, the institution, the data, the service and the countries involved. We map the applicable education, privacy and online-safety requirements with your advisers before architecture is fixed.
FERPA, COPPA, GDPR and UK GDPR
Where relevant, translate obligations for education records, children's services, transparency and data-subject rights into product controls and evidence. Applicability and legal interpretation stay with your counsel.
UAE and regional requirements
For UAE deployments, consider the federal Personal Data Protection Law, applicable free-zone rules, education-authority requirements and any data-residency commitments. Other GCC markets are assessed separately rather than treated as interchangeable.
Accessibility is part of acceptance
Design and test against the accessibility standard agreed for the product, commonly WCAG. Keyboard operation, contrast, captions, readable structure and assistive-technology journeys belong in delivery.
No blanket compliance claim
We build the technical controls, records and workflows agreed for your context. Your organisation remains responsible for its policies, lawful basis, regulatory interpretation and operating practices.
Human in the loop
Automation supports.
People remain accountable.
The level of autonomy follows the consequence. Educators and administrators define what runs, what waits and what the system must never decide.
Runs within a defined boundary
Low-risk help such as navigation, practice prompts and draft preparation can run automatically from approved knowledge and policies.
Educator review before consequence
Material feedback, interventions, admissions recommendations and anything entering a formal learner record wait for an authorised person where your policy requires it.
Human-only decisions
Safeguarding, disciplinary action, special-education determinations and final high-stakes progression decisions stay with qualified people.
Stop, explain and escalate
Unsupported content, distress signals, uncertain identity or a policy conflict stops the automated path and creates a clear handoff rather than an invented answer.
Security & reliability
Safe enough for records.
Reliable enough for class.
Privacy is only useful when the product also works at lesson time. Security controls, AI evaluation and operational recovery are designed together.
Identity & least privilege
Support institutional sign-on, strong administrator access and role-based permissions. Review privileged access and remove it when staff or student relationships end.
Encryption & key handling
Protect data in transit and at rest, with environments, secrets and keys managed according to the agreed hosting model.
Auditable AI and administration
Record important data access, permission changes, AI-assisted actions, human approvals and model or knowledge versions so reviews can reconstruct what happened.
Safe integrations
Validate data from student information systems, learning platforms, identity providers and content tools. Scope sync direction, ownership, failure handling and deletion propagation before launch.
AI-specific testing
Test prompt injection, inappropriate content, unsupported answers, data leakage and boundary bypass alongside conventional application security.
Operational reliability
Monitor core learning journeys, integration freshness and AI quality. Define support, rollback and incident responsibilities before the product becomes part of a teaching day.
Works with your stack
Connect the systems you already trust.
Your student information system, learning platform, identity provider, content library, assessment tools and communication channels remain part of the picture. We integrate through supported interfaces, preserve the source of truth and make synchronisation failures visible.
How we work
From learning need
to responsible release.
- 01
Map learners, educators & obligations
Understand the learning model, age groups, institutions, data flows and local requirements. Agree the outcomes, boundaries and evidence the first release must produce.
- 02
Prototype the real learning journey
Design with educators and test with representative users, including accessibility needs. Validate how AI assistance, consent and escalation appear in the experience.
- 03
Build, integrate & evaluate
Connect the necessary systems, add controls from the start and evaluate AI with curriculum-specific questions, unsafe requests and edge cases reviewed by subject experts.
- 04
Launch, observe & improve
Roll out to a defined cohort with training, monitoring and support. Expand only after learning usefulness, educator workload, safety and system reliability meet the agreed measures.
Before we start.
Can you build a student portal around our existing systems?
Yes. We can create a focused experience over your student information, learning, identity, content and communication systems through supported interfaces. Discovery confirms which system owns each record and what can reliably synchronise.
Can an AI tutor teach from our own curriculum?
Yes. We ground the tutor in the materials and learning objectives you approve, define its level and boundaries, and test it with educators. Unsupported or sensitive questions follow an agreed refusal or escalation path.
Will the tutor give students the answer?
Not by default. We can design progressive hints, questioning and worked examples around your pedagogy. Different rules can apply to open practice, homework and assessments, with educator controls and visibility.
How do you protect children's data?
We minimise collection, separate purposes, implement age-appropriate notices and consent, restrict access, apply retention rules and test the AI boundary. The exact controls depend on the learner age, service and jurisdictions in scope.
Are your products compliant with local regulations?
We design and test to the requirements agreed for your organisation and deployment, and provide the relevant technical evidence. Your legal and compliance advisers confirm which rules apply and whether the complete operating model meets them.
Can the product support Arabic and other languages?
Yes, where language support is included in scope. Interfaces, content, right-to-left layouts and AI quality are reviewed by fluent people; machine translation alone is not treated as proof of educational quality.
How do you measure whether the AI helps learning?
We agree measures with educators before launch: learner success on defined tasks, misconception recovery, appropriate escalation, teacher corrections, support time or completion of a learning objective. Engagement alone is not evidence of learning.
Who owns the product, content and learner data?
Ownership, access, hosting, model providers, third-party content licences and handover are written into the engagement. Your institution retains control of its learner data, subject to the agreed architecture and contracts.
Let’s talk
What should learning
feel like in your product?
Tell us who the learners are, how educators work and which rules shape the experience. We’ll help scope a first release that is useful, safe and measurable.
