MaxIQ

Read the call. Coach the next line. Close the next step.

Steinn Labs built MaxIQ's real-time AI sales assistant, a product that became a major driver of MaxIQ's customer acquisition.

“Steinn Labs played a key role in building one of MaxIQ's most important products, and the results speak for themselves. The product became a major driver of customer acquisition for us, helping us win and onboard new customers faster than we'd anticipated. Throughout the engagement, we were consistently impressed by the quality of Steinn's engineers. They were technically strong, thoughtful about product decisions, and genuinely invested in our success.”

The challenge

Large sales teams lose deals in the moment, and most AI only notices afterwards.

01

No one can sit in on every call

As teams grow, managers can coach only a fraction of calls. Reps are on their own when it matters.

02

Insight arrives too late

A call summary the next day can't save a conversation that went sideways ten minutes in.

03

Real time is a hard problem

To help mid-conversation, AI has to listen, understand and respond while the call is still unfolding.

What we delivered

Three moments of a sales call, each with the right kind of help.

01

During: gauge

A live read of the conversation, so reps see when a call is landing and when it's slipping, while there's still time to act.

02

During: guide

Suggested next pointers surface as the conversation moves, keeping reps on track without breaking their flow.

03

After: evaluate

A post-call evaluation recommends the ideal next steps to give each deal its best chance of converting.

What we built

The build.

One low-latency pipeline: audio from a live sales call streams in, is transcribed as it is spoken and is analysed continuously, so the rep gets call health and next pointers during the call and a next-step plan after it.

Our approach

Late advice is just a report.

A suggestion is only useful if it lands while the prospect is still on the line. So the product was engineered around latency from day one. Audio streams in, is transcribed as it's spoken and is analysed continuously, so the rep's guidance keeps pace with the conversation instead of trailing it. Steinn engineers worked inside MaxIQ's team as one product team.

Results

The product became one of MaxIQ's most important, and a growth engine.

01A major driver of customer acquisition

MaxIQ credits the product as a key engine for winning new customers.

02Faster than anticipated

New customers were won and onboarded faster than MaxIQ had expected.

03Built for bigger teams

Real-time coaching and next-step guidance that scales to large sales organisations.
