An agentic OS.
For your business.
We build the operating layer that connects your organisation’s processes through AI agents.
With people in control of what matters.
Connected processes. Human oversight. Auditable execution.
The whole organisation, connected
Not AI in every department.
Departments working as one.
A sale becomes a delivery request. Delivery creates a billing event. Finance needs supporting records. Today, people carry that context between systems. An agentic OS coordinates the entire chain: agents do the bounded work, systems stay in sync, and people step in at the decisions that need them.
We build this around your business—not as another isolated assistant. The ambition is to automate suitable processes across the organisation, with shared context, clear ownership and enforceable controls. Not every step needs AI, and not every decision should be automated.
One connected process
Work moves across functions with its evidence, dependencies and status intact.
Specialised execution
Agents and sub-agents handle focused jobs. Deterministic software handles the steps that need exact rules.
Accountable autonomy
Each workflow has an owner, a permission boundary and an explicit route back to a person.
Inside the agentic OS
An operating layer.
Not a collection of bots.
Intelligence is only one part of the system. Useful autonomy also needs context, integrations, persistent workflow state and governance. We design these together.
Business context
Your policies, process maps, knowledge and approved sources of truth. Agents need to understand how your company works—not just generate plausible answers.
Connected systems
Your CRM, ERP, email, documents and internal tools. Integrations expose specific, permissioned actions; your existing systems remain the record of what happened.
Specialist agents
Focused agents research, reconcile, draft, classify or execute a defined task. Sub-agents handle bounded steps rather than one agent receiving unrestricted access to everything.
Orchestration & state
A shared workflow coordinates agents, dependencies, handoffs and deadlines. Work carries its context between departments, and resumes from a known state instead of starting over.
Human control & governance
Named owners, approval queues, policy checks and audit records surround execution. Your people decide what may run, what needs review and when it must stop.
Organisation-wide possibilities
From front office to back office.
These are example workflows we can scope around your systems and policies. Each connects preparation, execution, human decisions and a recorded outcome—not just a single AI-generated answer.
Lead to revenue—not just lead to a draft.
Research agents enrich an enquiry from approved sources. Sales agents prepare qualification notes and a proposal. Once your team approves the commercial terms, an accepted deal can trigger delivery setup and a finance handoff without copying the same information into three systems.
- 01Enquiry & context
- 02Qualify & propose
- 03Approve terms
- 04Delivery & billing
People own pricing exceptions, contractual commitments and customer relationships.
Human in the loop, by design
Autonomy is a policy.
Not an on/off switch.
You should not have to supervise every small task—or trust an agent with unlimited authority. We define the control model for each workflow according to its risk, reversibility and business impact.
Automatic within boundaries
Low-risk, reversible work can run under an approved policy: classifying requests, collecting records or preparing internal summaries. Scope, allowed tools and limits are set before execution.
Review before action
For external messages, record changes or commercial decisions, the agent presents the proposed action, its sources and the likely impact. A named reviewer approves, edits or rejects it.
Human-only decisions
Some decisions should not be delegated. We explicitly define those boundaries, including high-impact financial, legal, employment or access decisions appropriate to your business.
Stop, escalate, take over
Incomplete evidence, policy conflicts or unexpected results trigger a handover. People can pause a workflow, revoke access or take over; silence or a timeout never substitutes for approval.
Security at the execution boundary
Capable agents.
Constrained access.
An agent that can act across your company needs more than a careful prompt. Security belongs in identity, integrations, infrastructure and approval enforcement. These controls are designed into the engagement and validated against your requirements.
Identity & least privilege
Give each agent a defined identity and only the tools, records and actions its task requires. Enforce role-based permissions at the system boundary—not just in the prompt. Separate the ability to propose an action from the authority to approve it.
Data boundaries & confidentiality
Define which sources each workflow may read, what information may leave a system, and what should be masked or excluded. Separate access across departments and tenants where required. Minimise sensitive content in model inputs and logs.
Safe tool execution
Treat emails, documents and retrieved content as untrusted input. Validate tool arguments, restrict destinations and actions, and keep credentials outside prompts. Approval checks are enforced before sensitive writes, even if an agent asks to bypass them.
Deployment & provider choices
Select cloud, private-cloud or self-hosted infrastructure around your requirements and integration constraints. Review model-provider data handling, retention, encryption, region availability and contractual terms before deciding what data can be sent.
Security testing & change control
Test unauthorised access, prompt injection, data leakage and unsafe tool calls alongside normal workflows. Version prompts, policies and integrations; review consequential changes before release and retain a path to roll back.
Compliance is a requirement, not a badge
Map the design to your applicable obligations with your security, legal and compliance teams. Residency, retention and evidence requirements shape the implementation. An agentic OS does not, by itself, make a business compliant or certified.
Audits & accountability
Know what ran.
Who approved it. What changed.
A finished task is not enough. Your operations, finance and security teams need to reconstruct how it happened. We design an audit trail alongside the workflow, with evidence that is useful without exposing more sensitive data than necessary.
A trace across the whole workflow
Connect the initiating request, workflow run, agent and sub-agent actions, tool calls and system updates with a shared run identifier. Follow one piece of work across departments, rather than piecing together unrelated chat histories.
Evidence for each decision
Record the sources consulted, policy and model versions, proposed action and structured decision summary. Capture who approved or rejected it, when, and what changed. This is operational evidence—not a promise to expose a model's private internal reasoning.
Records you can investigate
Search by run, owner, system, date or outcome. Capture failures, retries and before/after values where appropriate. Set access controls, redaction and retention rules, and design tamper-evident records or exports where your audit requirements call for them.
Example evidence chain
- 01 / Request received · source & run ID
- 02 / Agent action · permitted tool & inputs
- 03 / Policy check · result & evidence
- 04 / Human review · identity & decision
- 05 / System update · recorded outcome
- 06 / Exception or retry · resolution & owner
Built for everyday operations
Because real work
does not follow the happy path.
APIs time out. Documents disagree. Models get things wrong. A production workflow needs explicit recovery behaviour, measurable quality and a way for people to intervene—not just an impressive demo.
Recover without duplicating work
Track workflow state, use bounded retries and idempotent actions where systems support them, and queue work during outages. Do not blindly repeat a payment, send or record update because a response was lost.
Know when a person is needed
Check required evidence, structured output and policy compliance before moving on. Uncertain or out-of-scope work goes to an exception queue with a clear owner, rather than relying on a model's confidence alone.
Operate with visibility
Monitor completion, failure rates, approval delays, cost and latency. Alert owners to stalled runs and unusual activity. Where supported, use controlled fallbacks; otherwise pause safely and preserve the work for recovery.
From ambition to an operating system
Map broadly.
Prove narrowly. Expand deliberately.
We start with the whole-business picture, then build a bounded workflow that proves the architecture. Rollout follows evidence and readiness, not a promise to automate everything at once.
- 01
Map the organisation
Document processes, systems, data access, handoffs and accountable owners. Identify what is repetitive, what is risky and what should remain human-led. The result is a prioritised automation map, not a list of disconnected AI tools.
- 02
Design the operating rules
Agree agent roles, integration scopes, approval thresholds, data boundaries and success measures. Define test cases and failure behaviour before the first workflow is built.
- 03
Prove an end-to-end workflow
Build and evaluate a bounded process with representative data. Run in a sandbox or shadow mode where appropriate, compare the output with your team's work, and require agreed acceptance criteria before live actions.
- 04
Roll out, operate & expand
Launch with monitoring, training, runbooks and an accountable owner. Expand across departments as each workflow proves its value. Revisit policies, evaluations and permissions as your processes change.
What we build with you
A working system.
And a way to run it.
Deliverables are agreed to your scope. The aim is a maintainable operating capability—not a set of prompts your team is left to manage alone.
The operating blueprint
Process and integration maps, agent responsibilities, permission policies, human checkpoints and a prioritised expansion plan.
The execution layer
Scoped agents and sub-agents, connected workflows, approval handoffs, state management and the audit evidence required for your use cases.
The operating practice
Evaluation cases, monitoring, incident and recovery runbooks, team training and an agreed approach to changes and ongoing support.
Measure business outcomes
Less friction.
Evidence of improvement.
Before launch, we agree a baseline and success criteria. After launch, we compare the actual workflow against them. More agent activity is not the same as more value.
Expand what works. Improve what does not. Keep a human or a simpler rules-based process where it gives a better result.
Before you build.
Is this a new operating system we install?
Agentic OS describes a connected operating layer for business processes—not a replacement for Windows, your ERP or every tool you use. We design and build it around your organisation, its systems and its governance needs.
Can the entire organisation run on agents?
The goal is organisation-wide coverage of suitable processes, not unchecked autonomy everywhere. Routine execution can be automated while people retain direction, accountability and sensitive decisions. We assess each process for feasibility, risk and integration readiness.
How is this different from chatbots or RPA?
A chatbot mostly answers in a conversation. Rules-based automation is effective for predictable steps. An agentic operating layer adds context-aware task handling and coordination across systems, while still using conventional automation where it is more reliable. The right design combines these approaches.
Do we need to replace our existing systems?
Usually we start by connecting them. Available APIs, permissions and data quality determine what is practical. Where a system cannot support safe automation, we agree a limited integration, a human step or a separate improvement rather than pretending the constraint does not exist.
Who is accountable when an agent makes a mistake?
Every workflow needs a named business owner, defined approvals and an incident path. We design the traceability and controls to investigate and recover from errors; delegating a task does not remove organisational responsibility.
Can our data stay in our environment?
We can assess private or self-hosted options, but the answer depends on the models, infrastructure and integrations selected. We agree the data boundaries and provider terms before implementation rather than offering a blanket promise.
How long does it take, and what does it cost?
Scope depends on your process complexity, integration access, data readiness and security requirements. We agree deliverables, acceptance criteria, responsibilities and pricing after discovery. A bounded initial workflow can validate the approach before wider investment.
